Prompt of the Week: Stress-Test Your Product Idea
Before you invest a dollar (or write a line of code) run your idea through this battery.
This week’s prompt turns ChatGPT into a hard-nosed product strategist, combining Lean Canvas discipline, April Dunford-style positioning, and Eric Ries’ riskiest-assumption testing. It helps you quickly identify whether your product idea stands a chance, what gaps to target, and what to test first.
You’ll get:
✅ A clarified pitch that passes the “Why now?” sniff test
✅ Jobs-to-be-Done mapped to real pain (and real gaps)
✅ A snapshot of the competitive landscape
✅ A risk-sliced validation roadmap you can act on today
Perfect for:
founders refining a pitch
Operators deciding what to build next
Anyone debating a new feature vs. shiny distraction

👉 Pro tip: Use GOAL = "internal go/no-go"
when you need brutal clarity.

App of the Week: Clay
Your sales list builder, on autopilot
When I look for AI tools to showcase, I want tools that feel like magic when you use them. Clay fits the bill here in spades.
Last year, I did a short usability project on the tool and had a hard time really understanding the power. Then, six months later, I had a consultation with a friend who is an SDR to help me find new clients for my consulting business.
He asked me, “What do I know about my best clients?” I gave him a few details:
Based in Eastern Europe
Clients based in the US
Does not have a researcher on staff
11-100 org size
He put that data into Clay, and seconds later, I had a spreadsheet of emails to reach out to. I was blown away. Clay is a game-changer.
If you’ve ever burned hours cobbling together sales lists across LinkedIn, Google, and random spreadsheets... Clay.com will feel like a cheat code.
Clay is an AI-powered tool that helps you find and enrich leads automatically. You build simple workflows, tell it the types of people or companies you want to reach, and Clay pulls data from dozens of sources to create smart prospect lists. It can also auto-enrich those leads with emails, firmographics, LinkedIn profiles, and more.
We like it because it gives small businesses an edge: no need for a big SDR team or expensive outbound tools. If you’re a founder, agency owner, or solo operator trying to build pipeline, Clay can save you a ton of time.
Key benefits for SMBs:
Build hyper-targeted lead lists without manual research
Enrich and update data automatically (Clay connects to 50+ data sources)
Automate repetitive parts of your sales workflow

How-To of the Week: Add Files and Pictures to ChatGPT (And Why You Should)
One of the most overlooked features in ChatGPT is also one of the most powerful: you can upload files and images directly into your chat.
Here’s how to do it:
When you’re chatting, look for the little paperclip icon next to the message box. Click it, and you can upload documents (PDFs, Word, CSV, etc.) or images (JPG, PNG, etc.). On mobile, this is usually under the "+" or "attachment" menu.
Why bother? Because this unlocks a whole new level of what AI can do for you.
Instead of just chatting, you can show ChatGPT what you’re working with. And it will analyze, summarize, extract, or rewrite instantly.
Here are just a few things you can do:
📄 Upload a PDF contract → Ask for a plain-English summary or key date extraction
📊 Upload a CSV of sales data → Ask it to analyze trends or suggest quick wins
🖼️ Upload an image of a flyer → Ask it to rewrite the copy or suggest design improvements
📚 Upload a multi-page report → Ask for an executive summary in 5 bullet points
📝 Upload meeting notes → Ask for action items and a polished client-ready email draft
Pro tip:
You can also combine this with regular prompts. For example:
"Here is a PDF of our customer feedback. Based on this, give me 3 ideas to improve retention next quarter."
Bottom line: Once you start adding files and images, ChatGPT becomes less of a chatbot and more of a power tool for your business.
That’s all for now.
